Hello Anon
Thank you for writing.
You should be tracking your cycles to see your regularity.
For someone with a 28 day cycle (give or take a few days) you should be having sex from about day 9 to day 17 or thereabouts so you won't miss ovulation. You can also get an ovulation tracker from any pharmacy - follow the directions. Give yourself at least six months to succeed and health healthy foods and avoid alcohol/smoking etc.
Good luck!
