Hi,
Were you trying to become pregnant, since you were having sex every night? Is this something you wanted, and do you have support?

You said your younger sister is pregnant, too? Do you both have parents or guardians who are providing a nurturing environment, help, support and resources?

Please let us know what we can do to help--information, emotional support, etc.

If you are having irregular bleeding and menstrual periods, this indicates you would not be pregnant. It is usually the absence of bleeding that may be a sign of pregnancy.

Are you using any type of hormonal birth control?
Are you having unprotected sex?
Are you trying to become pregnant, or trying to prevent pregnancy?

Women can experience a menstrual period, then have some spotting or bleeding "in-between" periods that is called "breakthrough bleeding". This occurs most often if women who are using hormonal contraception.

If you continue having irregular bleeding, and this is a new symptom, it is important to call your doctor for a medical exam. How old are you?
