on the 20th i started cramping in when i wipe i saw a lil blood wipe again its was gone then on 25th of October i started bleeding 25th thur 28 but its very light in pinkish brown it don't even fill up my pad like my normal period would. i go to the doctor Wednesday. but what can this be

Thank you for your question. I think that the light blood was actually your period although probably not as normal as you are used to. If you are concerned about pregnancy, you can take a pregnancy test. If you are going to the doctor on Wednesday, they can also perform the pregnancy test for you.
I hope this helps, I don't think you have to worry about something being wrong at this point.
