i had period on 7th last month en had sex on 17th took postinor on 18th but on 21st startrd havn cramps en sore breasts till now 2nd oct.am i pregnant?

i had sex on the 11th day from my periode en took postinor on the 12th day. but in the 16th day started havin breast sores en cramps till now its 26th day. Could be postinor dint work and am pregnant? and how many days does postinor stays in the body?
