I had protected sex on first week of jan 2017 and had periods on 23rd jan 2017.. and then since then m nt getting period.

I have pcos since 5 years..and recently had UPT also which was negatve..and i did abdomn pelvis sonogrphy . It showed POD collction in uterus.i dnt know why is it so..and since last 3-4 days m slightly constipated as well..can i be pregnant?
