I do not think you were at risk for becoming pregnant if you had intercourse while you were still having your period. Am I correct that this incident happened while you were on the last days of your period?
Did you take Postinor 2, an emergency contraceptive? If so, it is effective if taken within 72 hours following unprotected intercourse. It is most effective if taken as soon as possible.
Again, you were never at risk and taking the pill guarantees you will not become pregnant You will experience spotting or vaginal bleeding because of taking the pill.
