Thank you for reaching out to the EmpowHER community with your question about P2.
It is very common that Postinor-2, aka P2 can change your pattern of menstrual bleeding. There may also be some irregular vaginal bleeding or spotting until your next period. A dark, thick bloody discharge is completely normal and is a sign that the pill did it's job :-) No need to worry.
It's going to take a couple cycles for your body to get back to normal.
