I had a Total Hysterectomy 15 years ago, and have been on bio-identical estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone creme since then, and have felt like I was doing fine on them. I'm now 59 yrs. old, and for a few months I have been wondering if I need to stay on them, or cut the dosages, or quit all together. I use the creme at night and sometimes I wake in the morning and my eyes feel swollen and I'm tired. Where can I go for information on bio-hormones? My doctor does bloodwork 2x a year and says the dosages are good for me.
