I have one child and I normally have irregular periods. I can sometimes go for two months wit out a period. My periods begain coming what appeared to be regular in february - April. My last period started April 29 - May 5. I had sex with my boy friend June 4 and June 6-10 I begain to cramp lightly through out the week and had a brown pinkish discharge when I wiped and I didn't have to use a pad only panty liners . Which was different because even though I'm irregular I have a full blown period when it does come. Its now July 15 and I haven't had any type of "period" since that very unusual one. My areolas are tender and one breast is a bit more sensitive then the other..I was wondering could I have gotten pregnant in June and therefore experienced that spotting like period or do you think it could be something else.Also my boyfriend and I didn't use protection.

Thank you for responding,. I guess I was wondering what else could this be, if the test were negative. I will just start with a preg. Test and go from there. Thanks again I will update.

Any time you have unprotected sex you may become pregnant. Have you taken a pregnancy test yet? It has likely been long enough for you to do so. That is really the only way to know for sure.
