Hello suzie639,
I would really like to help you. What is the name of the antibiotic that your physician prescribed? Did your doctor do a culture of the vaginal discharge?
What is the name of the bacteria which your doctor said you have?
What did the ultrasound show?
With more information, I may be able to give you some more information.

Hello suzie639,
I must agree with your physician that you need to be evaluated by a gynecologist.
In order to determine the cause of your symptoms, you need to have a vaginal examination, possibly a transvaginal ultrasound, and a cervical swab to be sent for lab analysis.
I can appreciate that you do not have the money to pay for a consultation with a specialist. You may want to inquire if your local hospital has an OB/GYN clinic that offers health care at a minimal cost.
