Hi payge,

Welcome to EmpowHER. Not sure what your question was. But if you were taking birth control pills, that might be the cause for your symptoms. Here is a list of side effect of birth control pills.

  • Nausea
  • Weight gain
  • Sore or swollen breasts
  • Small amount of blood, or spotting, between periods
  • Lighter periods
  • Mood changes
  •

Once the Pills are stopped, a women can ovulate two weeks after.  Some of the things you might want to Keep track of: when you stopped the pill, have you had a period yet and if you were sexually active the weeks after stopping the pill.

Here's a link that might help.

It is possible that is due to PMS symptoms. Experiencing such thing before your period is normal but if you constantly have this problem it is best to see a GYN.
