I have been trying to conceive for 5months now but hasnot i was told i have internal heat at the clinic.im 0- pls help me what can i do or take

If you are under the age of 35, there is usually no need to worry about fertility issues until you have been trying for 12 months so you are not even half way to the 12 month mark yet. Just try to relax and make sure you have having sex at least every other day between days 10 and 20 of your cycle if you are not sure when you ovulate.

I am not sure what your clinic means when they say you have "internal heat" unless they mean that your basal body temperature is slightly high. If this is what they mean it means you are ovulating which is a good thing - this is the time you are fertile.

If you have access to an ovulation prediction kit, get one. They can be found over-the-counter at any drugstore.
