Hi Anon,

Since we can't see it-- it's very hard to tell what it is. It could be a matured pimple filled with yellow-green pus. After you popped it, is it getting any better? If not, please schedule a visit with your dermatologist so that you can find out what it is and make sure it isn't infected.
