Anon - Has your doctor been able to give you any type of diagnosis and cause for your stomach and back pain? It is unusual to have many diagnostic tests and not provide the patient with feedback on the results and/or to continue the diagnostic process to determine the cause of the pain.

Your symptoms are not definitive symptoms of pancreatic cancer, which according to the Mayo Clinic are as follows:

The most classic symptom is that of painless jaundice, which occurs because the tumor obstructs the bile duct and causes yellow eyes and dark urine.

Pancreatic cancer symptoms can include:

* Abdominal pressure
* Abdominal pain
* Yellowing of the eyes and skin
* Dark urine

As the cancer spreads, some people experience pain in the upper abdomen and back. Activities such as eating or lying down may cause increased pain. Nausea, loss of appetite, weight loss and the onset of diabetes may also be signs of pancreatic cancer.

If you do not feel your GP is properly treating your issues you may want to seek a referral to a gastroenterologist. If you strongly believe that you may have pancreatic cancer then you may want to seek a referral to an oncologist.

Good luck to you.
