ask: i have heavy discharge my underwear is always wet and it seems like some discharge is coming from my cliterus what can that be

i have been to many clinics done papsmears and the doctors say am fine but sometimes i just stand up and i find that i feel water just running into my underwear can that be runnings and when that water seattles there is an odor do u think something is wrong with me the doc at the clinic keep saying that am fine and some people have more discharge than some but i feel like something is wrong someone plz help me.

Welcome to EmpowHER and thanks for your question.  After having papsmears and the results are fine.  Also, is important to do a urinalysis.  The clitoris does not give off discharge.  there are several potential causes of material accumulating on the clitoris that could be interpreted as discharge. The first is simply dead skin and other debris that can collect in places such as under the hood of skin on the clitoris. This is simply an issue of hygiene and can be cleared up by regularly washing the area. Another possibility is smegma. Smegma is a thick white secretion produced by certain skin glands that live in the skin around the clitoris. It can appear as a cheesy discharge and may have a mildly unpleasant odor.

It's best to see a specialist (OBGYN). And explain your symptoms.

I have heavy discharged, where I have to wear pantyliner everyday. If I don't wear pantyliner it soak my underwear and also wet the clothes am in whether it a pants or skirt. Sometimes when the discharge is coming down it feels like a bubble and then burst. It has no odor and this is going on now for a while. I was diagnosed with herpes

The heavy discharge is associated with the herpes. Are you having an outbreak? Are you being treated by medication for the herpes?

You should follow up with your OBGYN. If you have a diagnosis of herpes and now you have severe vaginal discharge, you may have something else going on. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment to get checked.
