Hello gurmanwalia

Thank you for writing.

HELLP is indeed seen in pregnancy but would not happen a week after conception (you mentioned you engaged in activity - if you were to get pregnant for this, conception occurs 5+ days after the activity) so were only talking about 9-10 days here. HELLP is generally seen in the last trimester, definitely not 10 days.
Have you taken a pregnancy test? If not , do so. I am also curious about what HELLP symptoms you are having and who diagnosed you with HELLP?
Best,
Susan

I had a viral flu and i got my blood tests done, according to my reports, i had elevated liver enzymes and low platelet count, upon searching on the internet i discovered that i have HELLP. I am not so sure if i have hellp but I'm just assuming due to the matching definition on the internet. I went to the doctor along with my mother he just gave me some medicines for the platelets and enzymes but didn't mention anything related to helll.
My periods are due next week, is there a pregnancy test that i can take before that?
Besides, do i really have hellp?
