Hi Anon

Thank you for your post and welcome!

It sounds like you may be suffering from depression. You didn't give us very many details - do you have any physical symptoms like pain and fatigue or do you think it's a mental health issue like depression?

With regard to depression, you are showing some signs of it, from what I can gather, although we really need more information.

Has anything happened in the past that may be causing this? Have you experienced some sort of trauma or injury or relationship problem that may have triggered this?

From our Depression page:

Depression can differ from person to person. Some people have only a few symptoms, while others have many.

Symptoms can change over time and may include:

Persistent feelings of sadness, anxiety, or emptiness
Feeling guilty, worthless, or helpless
Loss of interest in hobbies and activities
Loss of interest in sex
Feeling tired
Trouble concentrating, remembering, or making decisions
Trouble sleeping, waking up too early, or oversleeping
Eating more or less than usual
Weight gain or weight loss
Thoughts of death or suicide with or without suicide attempts
Restlessness or irritability
Physical symptoms that defy standard diagnosis and do not respond well to medical treatments

Anon, do you think you may be dealing with depression?

There are ways to combat depression. We advise that treatment may involve the use of medicine, psychotherapy, or the use of both.

Please let me know what you think and stay in touch with us - we'd love to see you feeling better,
