i have a ongoing pain from right lower back extends thru hip down back of leg to the bottom of my right heel. i was told my right leg is shorter so i wear adhesive padded square of mole skin under my heel i ca'nt walk without mole

i believe it more little more than that i can do my normal job i can hardly walk, it is been going on for last 4 years i get some relief and it fares up again this occassion my whole right side from my neck all the way down to my foot

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing pain and discomfort. I too, have a slightly shorter leg but don't seem to experience quite as much pain. I find that a chiropractic adjustment can really get me aligned again and keep me feeling good for some time. Have you noticed any triggers for your flare ups (sitting for too long, slouching, certain types of exercise, side sleeping)? Have you seen a doctor for this?
