Hello Sthembiso,
Welcome to the EmpowHER community. Thank you for coming to us with your concerns.
Pain in your pelvic area can indicate a problem in your digestive, reproductive or urinary system. How long have you been experiencing this pain? When did it first start? Is is constant or does it come and go? Are you having any changes in your menstrual cycle or with bowel movements?
Uterine fibroids can cause pelvic pain. An inguinal hernia, which is a protrusion of the membrane lining the abdominal cavity or part of the intestine through a weak point in the abdominal muscles, painful, especially when you cough, bend over or lift a heavy object.
Sthembiso, a urinary tract infection can cause pelvic pain and other symptoms which you are having. A burning sensation when urinating and passing frequent but small amounts of urine are symptoms. Other signs include a strong persistent urge to urinate, cloudy urine, and strong smelling urine.
My suggestion is to schedule an appointment with your primary care physician, who can examine you and do a urine test. A physical examination is the best way to determine what is the problem.

Hello Sthembiso,
Thank you for providing more information. I think you need to be examined by your gynecologist. Have you taken a home pregnancy test? Consider taking a pregnancy test and call your physician to schedule an appointment as soon as possible.
Please keep us updated.
