Hi Anonymous, If you find your period not being normal it usually is a hormonal concern. You can take something called vitex chasta berry which helps regulate period cycles.

This is not "white milk"  - it is vaginal discharge that is very normal - most people have it. It's there to make sex easier (as a lubrication, especially when you are ovulating).

I cannot say why you are bleeding when it's not time for your period. If it's very light bleeding, then it could be implantation bleeding - is there any way you could be pregnant?

Vaginal bleeding that is not connected to your period is not normal and needs to be seen by a doctor. You may have some kind of infection or other condition that may need treatment.
