i have really bad postpartum depression and anxity

my anxity gets so bad that jumpy im have all thees symptoms
Loss of interest or pleasure in life
Loss of appetite
Rapid mood swings
Episodes of crying or tearfulness
Poor concentration, memory loss, difficulty making decisions
Difficulty falling or staying asleep
Feelings of irritability, anxiety , or panic
Restlessness
Feelings of hopelessness or guilt
Obsessive thoughts, especially unreasonable, repetitive fears about your child’s health and welfare

Lack of energy or motivation
Unexplained weight loss or gain
im a teen mom and im 17

Hi kaite,

Welcome to EmpowHER.  Sorry to hear how you feel, am sure it must not be easy being a mom in your teens. Have you told your OBGYN about how you feel.  It's important to let him or her know, depression is something that will not go away alone. Without the proper care being with Antidepressant medication and/or psychotherapy.  Here is a link that might be helpful.
