Thank you for reaching out and sharing your question on EmpowHER!

Even though you had your fallopian tubes removed, there is still a way to get pregnant. If your ovaries and uterus are still intact, it is possible to get pregnant through in vitro fertilization (IVF). The procedure would have to be IVF because your eggs would not be able to travel on their own without your fallopian tubes.
