I have a swollen abdomen.

After losing weight due to a bad dental procedure I noticed my stomach is swollen. Not middle aged spread. I mean I look 6 months pregnant. I am no bleeding and I am only uncomfortable. But a lady asked when I was due today. I have reflux, I think an ulcer too. I vomit at times. I have to watch everything I eat and drink. What does this sound like? There is a knot above my belly button. My abdomen is rock hard.

Hello. Thank you for posting.

Abdominal bloating occurs when the abdomen fills with air or gas. This may cause the area to appear larger or swollen. The abdomen may feel hard or tight to the touch. It can also cause discomfort and abdominal pain. A swollen or distended stomach can also be a sign of something more serious.   I hope you will see a doctor about this soon.
