Hi , do you know about those automatic hand dryers well I bent down and hit my head on it yesterday now it hurts when I barley touch it I can't see if it's a bruise or what but can you please help me and plus I'm a little dizzy and short of breath

Judging from the symptoms you have described, you probably have a concussion. Usually concussions heal relatively quickly on their own. But you should definitely see your doctor if your symptoms worsen over time.
Tylenol should be taken for the pain. Do not take Advil, Motrin or Ibuprofen because it could make the bruising worse.
