Hello and thank you for sharing your question with the community.  I'm so sorry to hear that you are having this painful experience.  I'd love to give you some helpful advice on the matter.

The most common causes of boils are the follow: diabetes, impaired immune system, poor nutrition, and exposure to harsh chemicals that irritate the skin.  Since you boils keep returning, it is not likely that a matter of healing the skin.  You must think of the boil as a reflection of what is happening inside the body.

To start, you need to consider your diet.  Do you eat nutritiously?  The best foods that boost the immune system are lemon, ginger, lime, garlic, oregano oil.  You should consider infusing these foods into your diet every day.  You should also boost your nutrition by eating fresh (mostly raw or steamed) vegetables every day and if possible in every meal.  Fresh fruits are also vital for cleansing the body.

Keep in mind that the skin is an organ of the body.  Is it not simply an out layer.  The skin gets the essential vitamins minerals, and hydration in needs from within the body.  Let food be your medicine.

As far as soaps, do not overly experiment with topical treatments because it may irritate the problems more.  Since the boils keep coming back it is not a skin problem.  The issue lies within the body.

Good luck.  Let us know if you have any more questions.
