I have stayed off caffeine and alcohol. When I'm in direct sun it is worse. One issue can be is that I'm not sleeping well.

I’ve had migraine headaches for 8 years since my car accident. My neurologist told me I needed drugs and I could not work. After just three weeks treatment by Dr. Groman, I am now headache free and I can be a person again! Check out Abundant Health Chiropractic Center in Boca Raton, FL! www.drgroman.com

Hi Anon,

Welcome to EmpowHER. Definitely, lack of sleep can cause many symptoms and changes in our body. Also, if your body is used to having caffeine. It might not be a good idea to just stop it all at once. It might be best to wean off it slowly. This too can cause migraines. Hope this was helpful?

Best,

Daisy
