i m not getting my periods for last 4 month is it menopause i m 38 years old

It could be early onset menopause, but you would also be experiencing other symptoms besides a missing period. Many things can effect your menstrual cycle however. For example, contraceptions, medications, ovarian cysts, hormonal imbalances, etc.
If you have not had a pap smear or pelvic exam lately you should probably see your gynecologist in other to rule out any serious issues.
