When he ejaculated, what did the semen fall on? Was there any semen on his fingers when he touched you?

There would have been a very little chance for becoming pregnant, if he had semen on his fingers when he touched you.

Big chance if he penetrated your vagina and ejaculated.

The only way to know for sure is if your period is late by at least one week, you take a pregnancy test, and the test is positive.
