I Got my period the first of June and started on sprintec one the third which was the first Sunday. I missed my pill on the 13th 15th and 16th, I did not make any of the days up because the pills has such a crappy affect on my body and I didn't want to deal with the side affects. I just took Sundays pill and I'll just kee taking the rest until the pack is done but is the a possibility I could be pregnant?

Thanks Susan, I had some spotting very lightLy on the second day I missed the pill, it was only seen once tho and that was one time that I went to the rest room. My period should be due in a week and a half or two. I spoke to a nurse in my OBGYN office but she confused me even more she didn't answer any questions about the breakthrough spotting, all she said was uh oh and to wait and see cuz its out of my hands at this point. Me being the person that I am I expected her to be really thorough in explaining to me what is taking place.

Hi roselopez

When you miss several birth control pills, you risk pregnancy. If birth control pills don't suit you, talk to your doctor about alternatives and always use condoms until you find a system that works better.

If you don't get your breakthrough bleeding when expected, take a test. We cannot access the odds of pregnancy, only let you know that you are at risk.
