Well, sometimes during early pregnancy there is some back pain (though it may be too early for any symptoms if you were pregnant) and at the same time, stress can cause pain relatively anywhere in your body especially your back.

Since today is the 30th, Why don't you take a home pregnancy test and keep us posted?

If you get your period late, you are not pregnant...just late.
It is very common to have an irregular period at your age and it's helpful to know that stress, diet, hormones, and many other factors can affect your period.

Hi Anon,

Have you taken a pregnancy test? By now you could take a home pregnancy test and get an accurate result if you are late. However, remember that February only has 28 days-- so don't expect to have gotten your period on the 24th of March. You can test if you are anxious to find out if you're pregnant but remember that a period can be anywhere between 25-35 days so, you can still get your period soon.

Best Wishes,

Rosa
