I missed three pills at the beginning of my pack and didn't make them up. Now i am a few days late on my period. Is this the result of the missed pills? or could I be pregnant?

if I am trying to become pregnant and planning stopping the pill, how long will my body take to ovulate again? I am also partially taking the pill for hormonal acne, if i quit the pill will my acne come back immediately?
