Is right size smoothies good to try and as long its not medicated should i try this or not

The best way to lose weight is to healthy meals and exercise regularly. 

Smoothies are a good idea if you are making them with fresh fruits and vegetables. It's a good way to get your 5 a day! 

You can substitute a healthy smoothie for a meal. For example, make one for breakfast.  Then eat regular healthy meals for the rest of the day and exercise at least every other day.
