Hello Maryann,
I talked to my dr. She told me that I might have an irregular period.

Hello lizza,

The light brown discharge could be because you are taking oral contraceptives and took an emergency contraceptive as well.

Birth control pills contain synthetic hormones, estrogen and/or progesterone. Emergency contraceptives contain higher doses of progesterone.

Since you have been taking your birth control pills regularly, you were protected and did not need to take the emergency contraceptive.

Lizza, please contact your gynecologist and report this. Your physician can best advise you.

Regards,
Maryann

Undearwear. I also been cramping since last week. I'm on the pill never missed a pill, but 3 weeks ago my bf and had sex he didn't used a condom so I took EC an hour after. Please help I'm worry because when ever I go to the bathroom sometimes I notice light brown discharge and other times I don't. The brown spotting is so light sometimes I cleans my self very deep and it still comes out light brown. I will be on placebo pills tomorrow.
