Today I broke a jar of sauce after cleaning it up I stood up and got extemely dizzy as well I get dizzy while driving or taking a bath. I did get 2 positive tests but can't get into my doctor for 3 weeks. Please help advise me!

Maybe you should go to the emergency room of your local hospital or a walk-in emergency medical office, if there is one close to your home. You can be evaluated by a health care professional and have an answer to the cause of your symptoms. Our communicating is not providing you with the diagnosis that you need.

I've left constant messages at his office with still no reply. The only thing I did have was 1 day of a light pink discharge. The pain is getting ridiculous. Its even when I sit down at times not a constant pain but a dull ach with cramps in my left side that feel like they circle my hip bone

I am sorry to hear that you continue to have serious pain and cannot be seen by your physician. Both an ectopic pregnancy and a chemical pregnancy, which is the clinical term for an early miscarriage, present with vaginal bleeding.

The pains are strong enough to make me nauseated and a few times I have to sit down and wait a few seconds for it to pass

I still can't get into my doctor Is it possible to have an ectopic or chemical pregnancy at 7.5 weeks with no bleeding or spotting? I no longer have stomach cramps just a loss of appetite and sharp pain in my left side near my ovary when I move, lift things, or sit for too long. My only other symptom are tender breasts.

I would like to help you, but I don't know. You need to be evaluated by a health care professional in person. Isn't there another physician covering for your doctor while he is away? Can his office staff or nurse contact him to authorize a ultrasound? An ultrasound can detect an ectopic pregnancy.

My doctor won't be in town for 3 weeks and with my insurance I can only go to him without a written signed letter from him to my insurance company ( oilfield insurance company)

Hi,
Not all of your symptoms fit an ectopic pregnancy. When you called to make an appointment- did you mention your symptoms, that you think you may have an ectopic pregnancy and did you ask to speak with your doctor?
I would think mentioning your concerns would get you an earlier appointment. Going to the emergency room to be evaluated would be the last resort.

I also get severe stomach cramps while eating. I'm unable to finish even 1 plate of food or a full hamburger. They are so severe I can lift my shirt and see my stomach caved in from the cramps.
