Hi,
There is always a chance with pre-ejaculation or even using withdrawal that sperm is released and can fertilized an egg. This leads to pregnancy. Try to relax. Wait. You need to be late with your period by one week before you can take a home pregnancy test and get accurate results. In the future, to prevent an unwanted pregnancy, you have two choices. Either you need to use birth control or your partner needs to use a condom, with every sexual encounter.

Hi,
When you have your menstrual period, this means you are not pregnant.

It is the absence of a menstrual period that could indicate pregnancy.

Was this your primary concern, or are you concerned about your sore breasts? Many women experience breast tenderness/soreness and cramping, as well as feeling bloated with some digestive "distress" (probably why your stomach feels "hard"). Menstruation can cause all of these symptoms, as well as others (headaches, moodiness, etc).

When you had sex, did you use any form of birth control (condom or pill, for example)? Please be sure to use protection, so that you do not worry about an unexpected pregnancy in the future, and if you have any questions about birth control, we would love to help you answer them!
