i took just a tablet of postinor 2 instead of the two tablet after unprotected sex on my ovulation day and now my next period has failed to come

please i had unprotected sex on my ovulationn day so i took one tablet of postinor 2 instead of all the two tablets. i am expecting my period on 11/02/2014 and up till now i have not menstrated. please is something wrong with me? i dont have any signs of pregnancy just that my nipples are paining me and i have missed my period.

Hi Anon,

Welcome to EmpowHER.  If you had unprotected intercourse during your fertile days and took Postinor pills but not as directed your chances for pregnancy are possible.  You will need to take a home pregnancy test to know if you are pregnant.  To avoid an unwanted pregnancy is important to use protection during intercourse.  Hope this was helpful?
