I'm an 18 years old girl , and last night , me and my boyfriend were fooling around. We were naked and we started rubbing our genitals. It was just the upper part of the vulva. He didn't penetrate me or got it inside my vagina or close to it. He didn't ejaculate in it , but he ejaculated on my stomach , and it was wiped right away. When I came home about an hour , I washed my vagina and stomach. He also fingered me. i'm afraid if there was pre-cm on his fingers , and he said he didn't have it on his fingers when i asked him . i don't take birth control pills , But I took Plan B pill after 7 hours.
I'm really worried and stressed !

Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to EmpowHER. I am glad that you reached out to us with your concern about the possible risk of having become pregnant.

From your description, there was little to no risk for pregnancy. You took Plan B seven hours later, so there is a high chance it worked to prevent pregnancy. Plan B is 95% effective when taken within 72 hours and the sooner you take it, the more effective it is.

You can stop worrying. To prevent this from happening again, I urge you to learn about all the available birth control methods and chose the one that will work best for you.
