Common side effects of Postinor 2 are tiredness, nausea and vomiting.
Some patients have also experienced stomach pain, diarrhea, dizziness, headache, tender breasts, increased vaginal bleeding and skin reactions.
If the stomach upset persists or worsens, please talk with your doctor.
