I’ve let my healthy habits slip. How do I get motivated to get back into healthy eating and exercising?

Don’t get stuck in the revving up to get healthy stage. Just do it as NIKE says. Too often people underestimate the big difference small changes can make. That’s why I tell people to start with one habit and make it healthy, Just drinking more water can improve your health. So can walking more. Or eating more veggies. Or swapping out ice cream for some Greek yogurt. You know what habits you need to change so just start with one at a time and keep inching toward that healthy lifestyle.
