I miss my Menstrual for a month and sometimes 2 months and than again i have my menstrual.
This thing just keeps going on.
Please advice

It sounds like you have an irregular cycle that can cause difficulties in getting pregnant because you cannot tell when you are pregnant.
It's important to see your doctor about this. Tests or scans can let your doctor know why this is happening and treatment can begin.
