I want to know if it is safe for a girl who used Postinor 2 2 days ago to received enema treatment

she had sex on Friday night and took postinor2 on Sunday night and now she wants to receive enema treatment ( pawpaw leaves and one other native leaf of which I do not know its English name)

Postinor 2 contains the hormone levonorgestrel and prevents pregnancy by preventing ovulation.

I am not familiar with this enema treatment. I suggest this individual mention that she took Postinor 2 to the person who will administer the enema, or speak with her gynecologist.
