i went t have surgery yesterday to have 4colon polops removed they said they were gone what does that mean

In general colon polyps do not disappear on their own.  They usually need to be surgically removed or it takes years of detoxing the colon.  With that being said, perhaps the doctor originally misdiagnosed you and there never were polyps to begin with.

In any case, only your doctor will be able to tell you exactly what happened.
