Q:

I will have my measles vaccination tomorrow and I'm having my first day menstrual period. Is it safe to get a shot during my period or I should delay it after my period? Your response is appreciated

Hi Zsazsa,
Thanks for your question and for being a part of the EmpowHER community. According to my personal gynecologist's office (feel free to call yours and get their take on it) it makes no difference when during your cycle you receive a measles vaccination.
Good luck, and let us know if you have any further questions.
