I would like to find out which foods have vitamin D in them.

There are very few foods with vitamin D in them naturally, which is why milk and orange juice along with some other products are often fortified with vitamin D. The main source of vitamin D is sun exposure. But there are a few foods, such as some fish and cod liver oil, that naturally have vitamin D.
