I have been to the Dr.s and I have a clean report for my health except for my menopausing. I am 50 and finding it difficult with lower back pain and blooting and stomach pain.I seem to have more pain and other pms aches then the actual period which is almost not, just very light.I am looking for something of a natural medicine because I only take vitamins, and very few.I have had a physical and don't care to use any harsh treatment. My mother bless her heart didn't believe in any kind of pills only if came in a natural form. Please can you help all my friends are finished I am the only one standing with PMS.

You are welcome. Researching and writing that article was helpful to me, as well, since I have just reached menopause. Glad to have been of help. Though it may seen difficult, try to take some time for yourself. You have to take good care of yourself to take good care of others

Maryann, Thank you for all the information in the alternative treatments for perimenapausal symptoms.I was shocked to find on that sight you gave me to go on that I realized I was having many other symptoms, like being lightheaded dizzy at times and memory loss.I understood I would get nightsweats and feeling moody but the rest of all of these other symptoms wow,I do keep in shape and I have a hectic life right now with my dad being very ill.I feel better knowing how to deal with my perimenapausal symptoms. Thank you

You might find this slide show presentation helpful in your quest to find alternative and natural or non-medication treatments for menopausal symptoms. Here is the link:
