Hi this month on 1st i had period for two days and again on 25th of this month it was little spotting like one one drop of bleeding what should i think is it a sign of preganancy or what even i feel much tired

Welcome to EmpowHER. Chest pain is not a sign of early pregnancy, is serious and should not be ignored.
Please contact your primary care physician today. Chest pain that is continuous, along with feeling tired and the change in your normal period pattern must be evaluated by your doctor.
