if i have trichomoniasis did my boyfriend cheat on me?

Trichomoniasis is a sexually transmitted disease passed on when no protection such as a condom is used during sex. 

It's not up to me to say whether your boyfriend cheated on you or whether he already had this when you first started dating but went undetected. Most men do not have any symptoms and will sometimes not know that they have Trich until the female begins having symptoms and gets diagnosed with Trichomoniasis. The only way you can gather that he may have cheated on you is if you were both tested after you started having sex and you were both cleared from any STD's. 

The best thing for you to do is to talk to your boyfriend and ask him to be honest with you, not only for your health and the health of your relationship, but because it is a highly transmissible disease and the person who might have given him this needs to know that they are carrying this disease and that they are transmitting it to innocent people.
