If i start to break out a little before my expected period, does that mean im not pregnant and that im gona get my period or is there still a chance i can be pregnant?
Complexion problems, including acne, can be a sign of many things: an upcoming period, pregnancy, changing birth control pills, stress...the list goes on. It is thought that acne is caused by fluctuating hormones (this accounts for the above reasons, as they are all hormone-related).
Are you trying to become pregnant?
Pregnancy symptoms typically are not noticed by women until their 5th or 6th week (or later!), and the most common sign of pregnancy is a missed period. Early pregnancy symptoms (sore breasts, slight cramping/pulling, acne, tiredness, etc) are the same as what many women experience as their upcoming period symptoms (Pre-Menstrual Syndrome, " PMS").

Can you tell us more about your situation, as every woman is different. One women may experience acne that is hormone-related due to pregnancy; another due to upcoming pregnancy. And, women who are pregnant or have an upcoming pregnancy may not experience acne. In other words: acne really isn't a clue or much help as far as a symptom of a specific condition.
Have you had recent unprotected sex, and are worried that you are pregnant? Are you using any type of birth control pills, condoms or anything else?
