Guide

Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to EmpowHER.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration recommends that individuals consume no more than 2,300 milligrams of sodium per day, and that certain groups.

Have you considered supplementing with a product such as Boost? I realize the high sodium content in processed foods. Can a relative make some meals for you?

Maryann
