Guide

Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
Some say, virginity specifically refers to a person who has never had sexual intercourse (meaning penetration). However, others would go as far as to say virginity is never having a sexual encounter with another person, this would include oral sex.
However, some people do not believe penetration needs to occur in order to have sex (hence the name oral "sex.")
You are free to pick and choose the sexual things you do, but remember that virginity is not a physical or medical condition of the vagina. Its not experiencing sexual activities with another person until marriage.
So, when it comes to being a virgin and still "having fun," you need to analyze who you're trying to please. If it pleases yourself to be a virgin, then I suppose you will need to reduce virginity to the physical state of the vagina (never being penetrated.) If you are trying to please your future husband, or parents, you risk still disappointing them if you do everything else except be penetration.
So when it comes to sexuality, do not try to please others, because its your body and the more honest you are about what you enjoy sexually, the healthy your relationships will be.

Masturbation is not done with another person. So, masturbating does not effect your virginity.
